Are the artworks and paintings you sell (at gallery and web site) are original? Yes, they are. Are the paintings framed? Yes, as they are all currently displayed at the gallery. But we remove frames for shipping unless you want it framed. How can I place an order? Using our Order Form shown after you click "Checkout" or via e-mail or phone providing details of painting(s) you want to buy. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail containing payment and shipping options to proceed with your order. Can I purchase by phone? Of course, providing details of painting(s) you want to buy. How can I pay for my order? We will e-mail you available payment options to choose from. Usually by Bank Transfers or using money transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram. Why don't you offer payment with Credit Cards? We don't have such service in Jordan. Can you reserve a painting for me for later purchase? No we can't. We sell original artworks and paintings, and we have only one item of each. Thus, first ordered, first served. Do you sell worldwide? and if so, how do you deliver? Yes, we do! We ship with ARAMEX, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT couriers, which all usually deliver in 5 days. In the order confirmation message, you choose which courier service you prefer, and we will add the shipping cost (set according to selected courier) to your order. What is your shipping time? After receiving money, we package and ship your order within 2-3 working days. How long does it take to get my purchase? Shipment of your purchase is effected within 2-3 working days from the moment when agreed amount of money is received by us. Delivery of your purchase by courier service will take 3-5 working days. Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order only before we ship your purchase. What if I don't like the painting when I receive it? We can't return or change your purchase, so please make sure before you proceed with your order. What if I didn't receive my purchase? We track shipping with courier service to make sure you receive you purchase. In case you have provided wrong shipping address, the courier will return your purchase to us. You will have to fax us your correct shipping address and pay for the extra charges. Expect a 14-20 days delay in delivery. What precautions are taken to ship the paintings safely? You can rest assured that your painting will arrive safely. Not only do we independently insure every work of art we ship, we pack each piece by hand with ample protective measures. It is packed using styrofoam inserts and bubble wrap. What if my purchase arrives in damaged state? The chance that your purchase will arrive damaged is very rare, as we use special packing materials for safe and careful delivery. In case when your purchase does arrive damaged through courier/delivery service fault, you should immediately make a claim at the courier offices so we can reclaim the insurance, then you have to send it back with the same courier service to our address and we will refund your money back in full. |
